Maria White, Col (USAFR, Ret), PMP is a John Maxwell certified leadership coach, trainer and speaker. She served 35 years in the Air Force as Senior Project Manager and C-5 instructor pilot. Today, she serves the community through her leadership coaching company, MRW Executive Consulting. Her passion is helping leaders with growing responsibilities because leadership has a way of revisiting the same lessons as responsibility grows. She helps leaders communicate more effectively, recognize today's adjustments for yesterday's strengths, and develop the confidence, clarity, courage, and conviction to lead at the next level.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including several non-profits, University of Central Arkansas and University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as various professionals in multiple industries. Her unique blend of practical leadership experience and a passion for personal growth has consistently helped clients inspire their own growth, strengthen leadership, and create lasting impact.
